Lady Katherine is a women’s pole fitness studio located in Hudson, Wisconsin. We offer a variety of weekly fitness classes for all fitness levels including: Abs & Booty, Body Booty Camp, Chair Dance, Pole Dance, and Signature (exotic dance movements).
We also do Private Pole Dance Parties to celebrate your special event. Our parties are an affordable, safe, and incredibly fun way to create memories around a birthday, bachelorette party, or girls night out event.
We are excited to a participant in the Living Well Encounter. When you visit our display you will have the opportunity to view our studio through the eyes of KARE 11 Sports Anchor Eric Perkins, when he filmed one of his infamous “Perk at Play” news spots at Lady Katherine. We invite you to register to win one of five free classes to be given away and we will have a sampling of our “dance shoes” too. Yes, you CAN dance in 6 ¾” platforms!
Join us for our class where we will be demonstrating and inviting you to join in some feminine movement* exercises. We will do hip circles, catcher’s circles, body waves, and figure 8s. We will also introduce you to the ‘sassy walk’ and the ‘long way home’ walk - essential for every woman repertoire. These types of movements are the natural way our female bodies are designed to move. And besides producing firming, toning, strengthening results on the outside they also activate your internal body systems. This brings your digestive, reproductive, and endocrine systems to a higher level of healthy functioning. This produces benefits such as less PMS and related symptoms, a higher functioning metabolism (which equals more calorie burning!), fewer digestive issues, more flexibility, and range of motion in your spinal area. These movements also shape up your attitude!
Bring your sassy attitude and sense of adventure and join us at the Lady Katherine table. See you there!
*feminine movement is a term that we created to describe the natural, circular, flowing nature that a woman’s body is designed to move in. We choose to use this term vs. the term ’exotic’ dance which often has degrading or negative connotations.
